Craig Lynch – Consultant

MA (Ed), BSc (Hons) RN, PGCert Professional Supervision, FHEA

I’m a consultant specialising in coaching, professional supervision, neurodiversity and mental health education. Based in Aotearoa New Zealand, I work across health, education, and organisational settings to help individuals, teams, and services build inclusive, evidence-informed, and person-centred practices.

With a background that bridges clinical expertise and academic leadership, I offer consultancy services that focus on enhancing capability, strengthening reflective practice, and embedding neurodiversity-informed approaches. I provide supervision to a wide range of professionals—including CEO's, GPs, Directors, Psychiatrists, Nurses, and Allied Health practitioners—creating safe, structured spaces for growth and critical reflection.

Over the years, I’ve developed and delivered training across topics such as ADHD, autism spectrum conditions, trauma-informed care, and workplace mental health. As the former Coordinator of a regional mental health coach training programme, I contributed to curriculum design, research development, and pastoral support—ensuring relevance and quality in training delivery.

In partnership with organisations, I also contribute to leadership development, wellbeing strategies, and system-level change to create neurodivergent-friendly environments. My approach is collaborative, grounded in values, and always person-focused—drawing a wealth of experience across mental health, disability services, and education in both New Zealand and the UK.

I believe in the power of clarity, connection, and evidence-based practice to bring about meaningful change—for individuals, services, and communities
